16 Tips for happiness in life

As per the observations and opinions of world famous persons and celebrities, the following tips are helpful in creating happiness in one’s life.
1. Happiness is within us and is not found outside of our body. We are solely responsible for our happiness and creating happiness in us. No other person can keep us in happy mood forever.
2. Happiness begins in us, as soon as we observe and appreciate goodness in others. The main thing is, take care to keep around you only the optimistic persons as far as possible.
3. Never try to change others, as you may not succeed and unnecessarily you may invite trouble. It is always safe to be ready to change yourself.
4. Cultivate the good habits which you like very much and they leave you in happy mood. For example, listening to good and classical music, books-reading habit, and playing with children etc.
5. Always show keen interest in your family and in their wellbeing.
6. Always be ready to accept the things that may occur without our involvement. In life, there is every possibility of occurring unexpected events. Usually we don’t know, what is going to happen in the next moment.
7. Take it easily if any unwanted event occurs (as any body might pass unnecessary comments against you).Don’t react immediately to such type of false allegations.
8. Never easily become prey to stress and strain, which might spoil your health and causes worrying in you. Keep away from jealousy, envy and anger, etc.
9. Develop strong desire to accomplish a great thing in your life and work sincerely to achieve it. Develop interest in social service, as serving the human beings is serving the God, The Almighty.
10. Do exercise for ½ an hour daily, which releases feel good hormones (endorphins) from the body. Brisk walking is the best exercise.
11.Always be with laughing face and make others also to have smiling face, as smiling is sunshine to our body. Every one likes to see a smiling face.
12. Love others as you love yourself. God is Love. So loving others is a divine quality which gives you plenty of happiness.
13. Listen to good and classical music. Do yoga and meditation which relaxes your body.
14. Never indulge in harmful habits like-tobacco-smoking and alcohol drinking, etc.
15. Take good nutritious diet, containing all vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber etc. Take one glass of grape juice daily, which contains more anti-oxidants (cancer-preventing substances) and also prevents blood clotting, preventing heart attacks.
16. Have faith in GOD-The Omnipresent, The Omnipotent All Pervasive and the Super power who is the creator and protector of this universe and who gives you bliss.
